Courthouse Automotive has always been very courteous, sometimes they're really busy and my needs will wait to the very next day. I have absolutely no complaints. I'd like to say thank you, Anthony J A few months ago I walked in looking for a1157 12 bulb, hoping to give them a little more business the reply I got was very I tasteful. The answer I got was we don’t stock these things go to Walmart and find what you need with a bit of an attitude. How would I know they don’t stock a popular 12 volt bulb. I guess I’ll have to find another place to go in the future. I’d like to add, I don’t know who this person is but. Whoever takes care of the front desk is horrible. I personally spoke to Shawn about the gentleman at the front desk. To my knowledge it has been taken care of. I take it as a misunderstanding. Just a little while back my pickup failed inspection because of a rear oil seal leak. Rightfully so, that is a failure. I made the repairs myself, returned for a re-inspection, and it was passed. Shawn is the man in charge, I have much respect for Shawn, he is honest and does quality work. We chat and share trade findings and experiences to help each other. I recently replaced the differential vent on my Toyota Tundra, it turns out that the OEM vent had failed causing the oil seal to leak. When I showed Shawn the vent I put in, he was impressed. We share knowledge. I have worked on the 18 wheelers, heavy equipment, cars, and pickups for a living. I have been exposed to some cool stuff in my 52 years of repairs and maintenance. So I can see Courthouse Automotive's quality of work and honesty.

They call before doing something and do a great job explaining what they’re going to do (if you agree) and then why it is necessary. Everything is done in a timely manner while not being overcharged. Great experience with this shop. They properly diagnosed and repaired my transmission instead of guessing, and it’s shifting perfectly now. They also caught worn lower control arms that were becoming a safety issue and fixed them right away. Honest, thorough, and quality work all around. Highly recommend.

Normally, I’m super skeptical when going to a new automotive shop, but I am so grateful I took the chance! Have had nothing but great experiences whether over the phone or at the shop. Courthouse Auto allows you to drop your vehicle off the at night with a key drop box to be worked on the next day or as soon as they are available. I utilized this service for my state inspection, and they had my vehicle checked and completed within 2 hours of opening.
